If you've been following our blog for a while, you'll know that we've always recommended Smart Pack Kernel Manager by sunilpaulmathew . The app is open-source and can be found on F-droid, Github and the Google Play Store. However, the app was suddenly deleted from the Google Play Store.
SmartPack-Kernel Manager is a heavily modified version of Kernel Adiutor developed by Willi Ye. This app allows you to fine tune your kernel's parameters. SmartPack-Kernel Manager offers more control than any other apps available in the market, including the paid ones.
Unfortunately, the Play Store has taken the app down. It was revoked owing to a violation of one or more Developer Program policies, namely the Device and Network Abuse Policy. Recently, Google has begun enforcing its regulations and has removed a number of apps from the Play Store that violate them.

Our App L-Speed was also taken down from the Play Store for the same reason. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with Google Play's constantly changing policies.
