Honor has been teasing the Honor X40 GT smartphone's debut in China. With the publication of the first teaser, it looks that the device will be released in a week or two. Simultaneously, a depiction of the X40 GT has begun to circulate on social media channels. The graphic hints that it will be a high-performance device.
The brand's teaser does not reveal anything about the Honor X40 GT. According to certain sources, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G mobile platform.
The punch-hole display is shown in the Honor X40 GT image above. It's uncertain if the panel is LCD or OLED. It features two vertical green lines in the middle, with a textured design on either side. It sports a circular camera module that seems to hold a triple camera unit as well as an LED flash. The "GT" logo is located in the center of the camera module.
The Honor X40 GT is expected to be priced pricier than previous X40-series devices like the Honor X40 and Honor X40i. Hopefully, additional information about the X40 GT will emerge in the coming days.
