iQOO has announced the release of its newest smartphone, the iQOO Z7, in India. This eagerly awaited device is set to launch on March 21 and will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor. In addition to this, iQOO is preparing to introduce the iQOO Z7 series in China, consisting of the iQOO Z7x and iQOO Z7 models. It's worth noting that the Chinese version of the iQOO Z7 is expected to have some differences compared to the Indian variant.
Prior to its release, the iQOO Z7x has surfaced on Geekbench, revealing its performance and some key specifications. The model number for the device on the benchmark database is V2272A, and it achieved a single-core score of 677 points and a multi-core score of 1929 points. The listing also disclosed that the smartphone will have Android 13 pre-installed.
The iQOO Z7x is set to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with the code name "Holi". Two of the cores will have a clock speed of 2.21GHz each, while the other six will have a clock speed of 1.80GHz. The device will also feature an Adreno 619 GPU. These specifications suggest that the iQOO Z7x will operate on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor.
