In China, Motorola unveiled the Moto Razr 2022, a new high-end foldable smartphone. This time, the Razr 2022 has undergone several improvements to compete with devices like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. The clamshell foldable phone is anticipated to debut in places other than China, like as India.

The Moto Razr 2022's official global debut date has not been announced by Motorola. The unveiling of the foldable smartphone is anticipated shortly. Evan Blass, aka EvLeaks, a tipster, released the device's renders. The several new features added to the Razr 2022 are shown in these images. Motorola introduced their folding clamshell phone with a larger outside display.
The 2.7-inch-tall cover OLED screen may be used as a viewfinder, to play some games, to reply to messages, to answer calls, etc. A 50MP primary camera and a 13MP ultrawide camera are part of a twin camera arrangement on the rear. In the hole-punch cutout on the front of the phone is a 32MP camera as well.
The phone's water-resistance capabilities and side-mounted fingerprint scanner are also highlighted in the promotional photos. The Razr 2022 sports a 6.7-inch internal display that supports 144Hz refresh rate and has a hole-punch cutout. The previous Razr generation's broad chin, which contained the fingerprint scanner underneath the display, has been removed by Motorola.
There is a 3500 mAh battery with 33W fast charging capabilities and a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The phone comes pre-installed with MyUX 4.0 and Android 12 as well. The Razr 2022 may be introduced to the public with a variety of storage choices. Motorola introduced the Razr 2022 in China with storage choices of 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The pricing of the phone is CNY 5999 upon launch (roughly Rs Rs 68,000).
