Latest news on Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ and S9 Ultra:
In the past few hours, details have emerged about the TUV certification of two of the three models in the new series of tablets from the Korean giant, namely the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.
According to the information available, the Plus variant includes three model numbers (distinguished by the codes SM-X816B, SM-X810, and SM-X816N), as does the Ultra variant (SM-X916B, SM-X910, and SM-X916N). For both variants, the first model comes with 5G connectivity support, the second with only WiFi connectivity, while the third is reserved for South Korea. The base variant model numbers, on the other hand, are SM-X716B,SM-X710, and SM-X718U.
Moreover, the certification also suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra may come with a charger that supports fast charging at 10 V/4.5 A or 45 W, as seen in last year's models.
It's worth noting that according to previous rumors, the Korean giant has decided to equip its new tablet series with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor, which is the same slightly upgraded CPU used in the Samsung Galaxy S23 and is expected to be used by other manufacturers soon.
We'll have to wait until July for the official unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series.
