While the Pro model is equipped with Qualcomm's top 2021 solution, the Snapdragon 888, the smooth model is based on a mid-to-high-end MediaTek platform, the Dimensity 8000-Max. Both are offered at a very attractive price compared to the technical specifications they are equipped with.
The OPPO K10 Pro 5G is the flagship model of OPPO's renewed K series and differs from its younger brother (albeit with comparable dimensions) for some features revised upwards, such as the choice of an AMOLED panel rather than a IPS LCD panel.
The smartphone, based as we said on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888, is equipped with a cooling system with a vapor chamber, the area of which has been increased by 30% compared to that present on the predecessor OPPO K9 Pro.
From an aesthetic point of view, smartphones are very similar to each other, both characterized by a protruding rectangular plate at the back, where the photographic compartments are housed with three cameras for each arranged in a slightly different way.
The hardware difference between the compartments lies in the main sensor, which on the Pro model is a 50 megapixel Sony IMX766; the other two cameras are identical between the two smartphones and are an 8-megapixel wide-angle and a 2-megapixel macro.
Both smartphones, which will have up to 12 GB of RAM (LPDDR5) and up to 256 GB (UFS 3.1) of internal memory, are equipped with an excellent connectivity compartment (5G networks, Wi-Fi 6), a linear motor for the vibration, not obvious in this price range, and come with the ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.
Although the 5000 mAh battery is also the same on both sides, the charging technology changes: OPPO K10 Pro 5G is compatible with OPPO's 80W SuperVOOC (from 0% to 100% in 31 minutes, according to what was declared by the house) .

Despite the label of its younger brother, OPPO K10 5G does not want to put it out of place: its large display, despite being an IPS LCD, offers the refresh rate at 120 Hz and the chosen SoC, MediaTek's Dimensity 8000-Max can guarantee satisfactory performance, also thanks to the same cooling system as its older brother.
The other differences with the older brother are reflected in the main photographic sensor, which here is 64 megapixel but it is not mentioned which sensor it is, and in the fast charging technology which for OPPO K10 5G is OPPO's 67W SuperVOOC, unlike the 80 W possible on the Pro model.
The strong point of the house is certainly the price at which it is offered, since its top configuration (12 + 256 GB) costs exactly as much as the basic configuration (8 + 128 GB) of the older brother.
