POCO is about to launch the X5 series in global markets. The X5 series will be released in India, according to the company. The X5 and X5 Pro are two devices that are expected to be included in the lineup. According to reports, the devices will be based on the Redmi Note 12 series, with the X5 Pro being a rebranded Redmi Note 12 Pro and the X5 being a customised version of the Redmi Note 12 5G. Because the POCO X5 5G was recently discovered on the Geekbench website, the debut appears to be imminent.
The POCO X5 is identified as model number 22111317PG on Geekbench. The international model will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. Its maximum clock speed is 2.21GHz. To offer graphics, an Adreno 619 GPU is paired with the SoC. The Geekbench edition features 8GB of RAM. We may expect POCO to release the handset with 6GB of RAM as well.
The Poco X5 comes with Android 12 preloaded. MIUI 13 will almost certainly be installed by default. If not immediately, POCO will most likely release an OTA update with Android 13 in the next weeks. The X5 5G's single-core and multi-core Geekbench scores were 693 and 2113, respectively.
