The phones are equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage. The Pro Plus and Explorer Edition have a 3,000mm2 VC cooling system, whereas the standard Pro has a 2,000mm2 graphene-based cooling system.
The trio includes a fingerprint sensor on the side, an IR blaster, an x-axis linear vibration motor, dual stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has dual SIM, 5G, WiFi 6, GNSS, NFC, and USB Type-C connectivity options.
The devices run MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12. A 5,000mAh battery powers the Pro and Pro Plus. The Explorer, on the other hand, has a 4,300mAh battery.
In terms of major differences, the Pro has a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera. This 1/1.56-inch sensor has a 6P lens, an aperture of f/1.88, and OIS.
The Pro Plus and Explorer Edition, on the other hand, feature a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPX main camera measuring 1/1.4-inch in size. It comes with a 7P lens, ALD coating, an aperture of f/1.65, and OIS.
All three phones, however, have the same 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro camera. They also have the same 16MP front-facing camera.
They also support various charging speeds. The Pro, Pro Plus, and Explorer Edition each support 67W, 120W, and 210W fast charging.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro is priced at $1,699 ($235) for 6GB + 128GB storage and $2,199 ($304) for the top model with 12GB + 256GB storage. It comes in black, white, blue, and violet.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus costs $2,199 ($304) for 8GB + 256GB and $2,399 ($332) for 12GB + 256GB. It is available in three colours: black, white, and blue.
The Redmi Note 12 Yibo Edition costs $2,599 ($359) for 8GB + 256GB, while the Redmi Note 12 Explorer Edition costs $2,399 ($332). (8GB + 256GB)
Except for the Trend Edition, all of the aforementioned devices are available for pre-order and will be available for purchase on October 31 at 8 PM GMT+8. The remaining one, on the other hand, will be available for pre-order beginning November 11, followed by a sale on November 13.
