What's new in version 8.1 of Android Auto
The stable version arrives with the 8.1.6264 release and unfortunately, as often happens, the developer team of the Mountain View giant has not published an official changelog with the innovations introduced: it will be up to the most attentive users, therefore, to try to identify the small ones changes applied.
However, with this new version no revolutions have been implemented from a functional point of view and it is likely that this release has been exploited by developers to fix the most important bugs encountered by users in recent weeks.
Unfortunately, even with this new version, we still do not see traces of Coolwalk, the nickname of the awaited new interface of Android Auto which, according to the developer team of the Mountain View giant, should have been released during the summer.
Those who look forward to this redesign of the platform, therefore, will still have to have some patience. With the hope that some problem has not been found that has induced the developers to revolutionize the programs.
