The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, Mali-G610 GPU, and up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Vivo has also included a specialised processor to improve the phone's gaming performance. There's a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V main sensor with an f/1.88 lens and optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and a 2-megapixel monochrome portrait sensor at the rear.

When coupled with compatible Vivo and iQoo phones, the TWS Air supports gaming low latency capability with a latency rate of 117 milliseconds.
Each earbud is 30.09x18.54x16.52mm in size and weighs 3.5 grammes. The charging case, on the other hand, measures 56x52x24mm and weighs 38.04 grammes. The earphones are also dust and splash resistant, according to IP54 certification.
