Despite today's evolving gaming community, old gamers still appreciate and like classic mobile games from the past.
One of them was the Classic Angry Birds title released back in 2012. It was brought down from Playstore and Appstore in 2019 by the Rovio Entertainment Corporation as the studio focused more on the sequels of their other games.
However, the old school game has made its comeback to Android and IOS as a paid title.

Back in 2019, Rovio Entertainment Corporation pulled the titles from the Playstore and Appstore. At that time no official announcements were made. Later, it was told that as the games were made on an old game Engine, providing updates for them was a significant hassle.
Recently the developer announced the re-release of the titles after many fan demands.

The updated name of the title is Rovio Classics: Angry Birds it's the recreation of the original title. The game will include the original 8 episodes which contain over 390-400 levels, more like the original title. However, there's a twist ,instead of its old proprietary game engine (Due to which it was brought down) Rovio has used Unity Engine to develop the game.
A new kick to the game is that there are no in-app purchases and ads in the game as users have to buy the game license for 99 cents.

We are extremely grateful to have such an amazing community of engaged fans that care deeply about our games. Angry Birds has touched so many people, and has been a large presence in mobile gaming. After hearing the outcry from our fans, we just had to find a way to bring Angry Birds back.

While we were rebuilding Angry Birds, we took great care to preserve the feeling of the original Angry Birds game. We know our fans are a discerning bunch and will be able to pick out even small differences. Matching the gameplay, and appearance of the game next to the original was crucial.
