A prototype of Google's forthcoming Pixel smartphone, the Pixel 7, was advertised for sale on eBay. The listing was removed, but the seller's address was displayed as McKinney, Texas in the United States.
The phone isn't expected to be released until later this year, but the smartphone in the listing looked very similar to the design Google revealed at I/O 2022 earlier this month.

The Google Pixel 7 sale on eBay shows the front and rear of the device, as well as storage data. Remember that the listing is for a prototype, which explains the strange logo. Google is testing Pixel prototypes with non-standard logos, such as the Pixel 3XL.
A punch-hole cutout in the centre of the display and a USB Type-C connection at the bottom, near the speaker grilles, distinguish the gadget. The Camera vision has a twin camera configuration nestled in an oval cutout with an LED flash at the rear. The SIM card slot is on the left, and the volume rocker and power button are on the right.
The primary selling point here is that the dealer is holding a Google Pixel 7 Pro while photographing the Google Pixel 7, as shown in one of the listing shots. The dealer responded to The Verge, alleging that they received the prototype from a distributor without understanding what it was. After considerable investigation, they discovered that it was the Google Pixel 7. The individual also claimed to own a Google Pixel 7 Pro that he had previously sold. The listing is no longer active.
