Huawei Mate XS 2: technical characteristics:
Officially presented in China at the end of April, Huawei Mate XS 2 is the last representative of a brand's commitment in the folding segment that starts from afar - Think of the Mate XS 5G two years ago, the Mate X2 last year and to More recent folding in Conchiglia Huawei P50 Pocket - and which is already taking its first steps towards the next generation.
About the new model announced today in Europe - with particular reference to Germany -, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Consumer Bg, said:
"With Huawei Mate XS 2 we have given a turning point to the aesthetic of design, intelligent communications, imaging technology and interactive experience with the large screen. This new flagship is destined to represent a point of reference for a new era in the history of folding smartphones".
Huawei Mate XS 2 remains faithful to the folding design to the outside which has been distinguished by the brand for years and has a great reliance on the new generation Double Falcon wing hinge. The manufacturer speaks of a "flat and seamless" fold ".
Among the main technical characteristics, the large 7.8-inch True-Choma folding display is above all,: of a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels, 120 Hz refresh rate, high frequency pwm darkening 1440Hz, Sampling frequency of the touch of 240 Hz. The Nano Optical Layer coating helps to keep the reflections at bay.
The performances are entrusted to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 (with 4G connectivity for known reasons) and the photographic sector with main 50 MP sensor supports Huawei XD Optics. The latter introduces a brand new information recovery technology to perfect the clarity of the image and the reproduction of details. The photographic performance are the result of an overall work of the Motor of the Image Image True-Chroma Huawei XD Fusion Pro, a 10-channel multi-special sensor and color calibration of over 2,000 colors in P3 Full Gamut.
The 4,600 mAh silicon-based battery supports quick recharging Huawei Supercharger 66w and the liquid cooling system with graphene (Graphene Liquid Cooling System) further improves heat dissipation performance.
