The designer states that great attention was given to every detail in creating the render, resulting in an authenticity level of approximately 90%. The accuracy of the render will become more evident when the official renders are released.
Xiaomi has made it clear that they are planning to launch a new Ultra smartphone worldwide. The CEO of the company had confirmed this last year, and since then, there have been several indications that the device is still under development. However, currently, Xiaomi is focused on launching the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and the Xiaomi 13 Lite (re-branded CIVI 2) in markets outside of China.
In the meantime, Kartikey Singh and artist @SPInfoJP have collaborated to create renders of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. They claim to have based the design on recent leaks instead of leaked CADs, as done by @OnLeaks. Additionally, they have imagined the smartphone in four colors, including black, white, red, and green vegan leather models, although it's unclear whether all these options will be available in the market.
The concept renders offer a closer look at what could potentially be Xiaomi's upcoming flagship smartphone, providing more details than an alleged hands-on image. According to reports, the next Ultra smartphone from Xiaomi will feature four rear-facing cameras with twin 1-inch sensors. The authenticity of these renders is said to be around 90%, but it remains to be seen how accurate they are. Xiaomi is expected to release the Xiaomi 13 Ultra globally this summer, but there is a possibility that the device may debut in China a month or two earlier.
The smartphone will feature a leather back rather than glass and will support 90W fast charging.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will enter mass production in March, with a release date expected at the end of March or beginning of April. Therefore, the possibility of the smartphone debuting at MWC 2023 is unlikely. However, Xiaomi may offer a glimpse of the smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event in Barcelona from 27th February to 2nd March.
