Samsung's first chipset to feature an AMD GPU, the Exynos 2200, is set to power the upcoming Galaxy S23 FE, just as it does for the Galaxy S22 lineup in Europe. The S23 FE will also have a 50-megapixel primary camera, a significant upgrade from the 12-megapixel main cameras of its predecessors, the S20 FE and S21 FE.
The smartphone will be available in 128 GB and 256 GB storage versions, with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. It will feature a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support and carry the model number SM-S711x. However, the rest of its features and specifications are yet to be revealed.
Meanwhile, Samsung is said to be working on the Galaxy S24 series, with rumors suggesting that the S24+ model may not be included. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to have a 144Hz AMOLED display and be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Additionally, it will be equipped with an improved 200-megapixel primary camera. The S24 series is anticipated to launch in Q1 of 2024.
