Nokia, which is owned by HMD Global, has released a new 5G phone in India. The new Nokia G60 5G, which was previously unveiled at the IFA 2022 event, is a mid-range phone with features such as a 120HZ display, three years of software updates, and much more.
In order to contribute to a more sustainable environment, the Nokia G60 5G's frame and back are made of 60% and 100% recycled plastic, respectively. It is available in two colorways: black and ice. The 6.58-inch Full HD+ display has a refresh rate of 120Hz, a brightness of 500 nits, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. A layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects it.
Under the hood is a Snapdragon 695 chipset, which isn't the fastest, but it provides adequate performance. This is accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded by up to 1TB using a memory card.
A 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor are housed in the camera department. The front-facing camera has an 8MP resolution. You will have the opportunity to test out features such as Night Mode 2.0, Tripod Mode, AI Portrait, and the GoPro Quik app for easy editing, among others.
It has a 4,500mAh battery and supports 20W fast charging. It runs Android 12 and comes with a three-year warranty and monthly security updates.
There's also support for SA/NSA 5G bands, a fingerprint scanner on the side, aptX HD/aptX Classic/aptX Adaptive audio, and an IP52 rating. The Nokia G60 5G also has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax support, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, eSIM support, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Nokia G60 5G costs Rs 29,999 and competes in India with the Redmi K50i 5G, Realme GT Neo 3T, and other devices.
