The POCO F5 and F5 Pro share the same 6.67-inch 12-bit flexible OLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support. The main differences between the two models lie in their resolutions - the F5 is equipped with an FHD+ display while the F5 Pro boasts a WQHD+ display. Both models feature a center-aligned punch-hole cutout and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
In terms of cameras, both the POCO F5 and F5 Pro sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro unit. A 16MP front-facing camera is also included. Optical and electronic image stabilisation are available on both models.
Under the hood, the POCO F5 is powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, while the F5 Pro runs on a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Both models offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, as well as a liquid cooling vapor chamber for heat dissipation. The devices are powered by 5,000mAh and 5,160mAh batteries with 67W fast charging support. The F5 Pro also supports 30W wireless charging.
Both devices ship with Android 13 OS and offer various connectivity options such as a USB-C port, 3.5mm jack, IR Blaster, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and 5G. The F5 and F5 Pro are also equipped with an X-Axis Linear Motor.
The POCO F5 is priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999 in India for the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations respectively. The F5 will be available in Electric Blue, Snowstorm White, and Carbon Black colors and will go on sale in India from May 16th. In global markets, the POCO F5 is priced at $379 and $429 for the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants respectively. The F5 Pro's pricing starts at $449 for the 8GB + 256GB model, while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at $549. Both models will be available for purchase from May 9th.
