Excitement has been building around the Realme GT Neo 5 ever since Realme announced that it would be the first phone to support 240W wired charging. While we eagerly awaited further information about the phone's specs, it looks like the wait is over – the Realme GT Neo 5 has been listed on TENAA's website with its full specifications, giving us a clear picture of what to expect from the upcoming device.
Two versions of the Realme GT Neo 5 have been revealed by TENAA: the RMX3706 and the RMX3708. The main difference between the two is the battery size, with the RMX3706 having a rated capacity of 2,425 mAh and the RMX3708 having 2,225 mAh. Both versions are expected to have dual-cell batteries, resulting in typical capacities of 4,850 mAh and 4,450 mAh, respectively.
Previous rumors suggested that the GT Neo 5 would come in a 150W and a 240W model, both with different battery sizes. The RMX3706 and RMX3708 will feature a 6.74" AMOLED screen, octa-core processor with a maximum frequency of 3GHz, 16MP front camera, and a rear triple camera setup with 50MP, 8MP, and 2MP units. They will also be available in three RAM options (8GB/12GB/16GB) and four storage options (128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB), have an in-display fingerprint scanner, IR blaster, and 5G connectivity. Despite their different battery sizes, both versions of the GT Neo 5 will have the same thickness of 8.9mm and weigh 199g.
The Realme GT Neo 5 is set to be unveiled next month, with many speculating it will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
