Xiaomi has confirmed the release of two new flagship smartphones in China, the Redmi K50s and Redmi K50s Pro. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset has been confirmed for the range. In the meanwhile, tipster Yogesh Brar has provided some important details about the Redmi K50s Pro that have appeared online.
The Redmi K50s Pro is claimed to include a 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+ certification, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 CPU will power the phone, which will be combined with 8GB RAM and 128GB or 12GB and 256GB storage. It will very certainly boot Android 12 with the MIUI 13 custom skin out of the box. There is a potential that MIUI 14 will be released at the same time.
The Redmi K50s Pro will ship with a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
