From time to time the Samsung developer team updates these applications and in the past few hours has kicked off the release of an update for three apps: we are talking about Good Guardians (also known as Galaxy Labs), Thermal Guardian and Galaxy App Booster.
For all three applications the new version is 3.0.46 and for none of the three the developer team of the Korean giant has published the new changelog, so it is not clear whether these are updates aimed at introducing new features or that they are limited. only to fix some bugs encountered by users in previous releases.
Probably many have never heard of Thermal Guardian and Galaxy App Booster and this is because they are two components of Good Guardians (or Galaxy Labs).
Samsung Thermal Guardian is an experimental tool that allows users to change the thermal throttling threshold for their Samsung Galaxy devices (basically, it offers more control over processor throttling parameters).
Galaxy App Booster is instead a tool designed to optimize apps and that is able to run Android applications faster (with an increase ranging from 5% to 15%).
Finally, Galaxy Labs or Good Guardians is an environment in which Samsung and its user base can try new experimental features.
Both Samsung Thermal Guardian and Galaxy App Booster are available for those who already have access to Galaxy Labs and, should these tools be deemed by the Korean giant suitable for general use, they could be implemented in the One UI interface.
