Moving your Whatsapp data from IOS to Android or Android to IOS can be a nightmare. It's always troublesome for people.
Last year WhatsApp gave its users the ability to move from IOS to Android but there were no such features for Android users who wanted to move to IOS. There are some third-party methods, but they are more than a mess. Recently it was teased by Mark Zuckerberg himself via his official Facebook Page, that soon you will be able to transfer your entire data including chats, videos, voice messages etc. between an existing Android smartphone and iPhone.
But as reported by the WhatsApp Officials you won't be able to transfer call history or display names.
In Mark Zuckerberg's opinion, after migrating your content, end-to-end encryption will still be implemented.
Minimum requirements-
At least Android 5.0 Lollipop on your Android phone running WhatsApp version 2.22.7.74 or later
IOS 15.5 running on your iPhone with WhatsApp version 2.22.10.70 or later
The iPhone should be factory reset or should be fresh.
Both devices should be on the same Wi-Fi network.
These are some of the requirements which are necessary or else the Move to IOS app won't pair.
