The ROG Phone is one of the few smartphones designed just for gaming, and while we enjoyed the ROG Phone 5, the company has revealed on Twitter that the worldwide launch event for the ROG Phone 6 will take place on July 5th in Taipei.

The event will be live-streamed on the company's social media accounts, and Asus has also created a ROG Phone 6 event website. Although there are little specifics regarding the ROG Phone 6, Asus just announced that the phone would have a 165Hz AMOLED display.
