The smartphone visited the Geekbench website today, dropping a few hints about some important specifications. The foldable will be powered by Qualcomm's top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, according to the listing. Additionally, it is said to have up to 12GB of RAM, a bigger battery, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a high-resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Vivo X Fold S has been discovered by tipster Mukul Sharma on the Geekbench website under the model number V2229A. The motherboard of the smartphone has the codename "taro," which is connected to Qualcomm's most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset. Four of the chipset's cores operate at 2.02GHz, three at 2.75GHz, and one prime core has a clock speed of 3.19GHz.
The processor is paired with a GPU called Adreno 730. According to the listing, the phone would have 12GB of RAM. Other storage options for the phone may also be available. The foldable is expected to ship with the Android 12 operating system.
