The global launch date of the Vivo X90 series appears to be finalised. On Twitter, tipster Techno Ankit submitted a poster for the X90 series' debut event. It states that the flagship smartphones would be available in global markets on January 31, 2023. Last month, the Vivo X90 series was released in China. The company has yet to make an official announcement on the smartphone's global availability.
The tipster's launch poster mentions the Vivo X90 series, but it's unclear whether all three smartphones, including the regular, Pro, and Pro+ variants, will be launched. If the Vivo X90 Pro+ is released, it will be the world's first smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The worldwide Vivo X90 series models are expected to have the same features as their Chinese counterparts. The Vivo X90 series includes a 6.78-inch punch-hole AMOLED display with curved edges, a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+ support, and a fingerprint scanner. The vanilla and Pro variants have 1.5K resolution displays, while the Pro+ features a QHD+ display. A circular camera module is included in all three devices.
